Advanced Additive Techniques

Leveraging cutting-edge additive manufacturing, Barron enhances both prototype development and full-scale production by 3D printing casting patterns. This technology allows for rapid design iterations, greater material flexibility, and the production of complex, thin-walled geometries that are difficult to achieve with machining from billet. By eliminating the need for tooling in early-stage development, we accelerate lead times and reduce costs for aerospace suppliers seeking innovative solutions.

Reducing Lead Time & Costs with Vertical Integration

Our turnkey manufacturing process combines investment casting, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, assembly and non-destructive testing, ensuring precision and reliability for critical aerospace applications.

In addition to casting and machining, Barron Industries commonly supplies customers with complete sub-assemblies with specialty heat treating, broaching, coating, painting and part marking to our customer’s requirements.

Serialization/Traceability

Recognizing that lot traceability is critical to the Aerospace industry, Barron makes full use of the PLEX ERP system which provides real-time, work-in-process tracking via barcode labels. Permanent serialization is achieved with laser etching.

Specializing in High Strength Stainless Steel, Aluminum, & Armor Alloys

Barron Industries is able to meet premium mechanical properties through a combination of strict control of process and secondary thermal treatment parameters in alloys such as 17-4ph stainless steel and A357-T6 aluminum.
