Barron Industries is a pioneer in lost wax precision casting, a process that begins with the injection of wax into an aluminum mold to produce a replica of the metal part desired, and is completed when the metal part is heat treated, straightened, if necessary, and finished to exacting specifications. We produce castings in a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including all grades of

  • Carbon and tool steels
  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Copper
  • Cobalt
  • Nickel

Our cast parts undergo rigorous testing and inspections by our experienced and well-qualified team. We are the first precision investment casting manufacturer to attain QS-9000/TS16949 certification, and we are also certified to weld armor steel for the defense industry.

“We’re very demanding in our testing and inspection of parts. We perform x-ray and dye penetrant testing, routinely applying higher than required industry testing standards. Yes, there are industry standards, but we want even higher quality. We adhere to Barron standards.”

Barron Industries is a pioneer in the precision investment casting industry, being the first to develop large stainless steel castings for the food machinery industry in the late 1980s.

In 1994, Barron Industries created the largest commercial SLA rapid prototype pattern and casting ever produced - a 300lb gray iron V8 engine block.

In 1998, Barron Industries was named the first precision investment casting manufacturer to achieve QS-9000 certification.

In 2001, we were the first to incorporate a thermal energy deburring operation into cast machined components.
